This product is a face shield. Materials that contact the body are EVA foam and PET shield material. Use this face shield with appropriate personal protective equipment This device has not been tested or qualified for any of the following uses: to prevent or reduce infection or related uses; for antimicrobial or antiviral protection; for radiation protection. It does not provide particulate filtration. Nor has this device been approved by any local, state, or federal agency, including the FDA. This device has not been disinfected or cleaned. Non-sterile. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including regulatory authorizations, pertaining to the manufacture and distribution of this face shield. We do not make any medical, health, or protection claims in connection with Arcoptic facial protection shields or to lead anyone to believe the shield:
- May prevent infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases,
- Including COVID-19/Coronavirus; may prevent, mitigate, treat, diagnose or cure any disease or health condition;
- Is a sterile mask, surgical mask, filtering respirator (such as an N95mask)
We make no warranty or fitness for a particular use or reuse and the wearer bears all risks for the use of this product. We are furnishing these face shields on an "as is" basis and we disclaim any and all liability for their use or suitability for the purpose of protecting the wearer from disease. Wearer should undertake their own testing or evaluation to decide if our face shield is suitable for their application. The wearer should also make their own determination to discard after each use or clean and reuse. To the fullest extent allowed by law, purchaser and user shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arcoptic Innovations Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the Arcoptic Innovations, Inc. Indemnitees”), from and against any and all claims (including third party claims), demands, damages, costs, liabilities, litigation, losses and expenses, including reasonable fees and costs of attorneys and experts, directly or indirectly arising in connection with personal injury and/or property damage claims, including, without limitation, damage to user’s eye glasses, in any manner relating to user’s and/or purchaser’s use of this
product.
